ESVAL asked us to explore and estimate the hydrogeological potential in a real state development project near Los Andes town.

In order to accomplish the objective, near wells information was gathered along with a geophysical campaign using VES, the construction of an exploration well and its consecutive broadening, and finally variable and constant rate pumping tests. Besides this, Aquist supervised the construction of well, it’s design, planning, record and analysis of pumping test, concluding with a consolidated report of works.

Based on the data collected in each stage, the necessary information was available to comprehend the aquifer behaviour and the well exposed to the required pumping rates. After that, the well yield was known and its hydraulic parameters were calculated.
