With the goal of organizing huge quantities of available data and its several formats in which it appears, Rockwood Lithium asked us to develop a database that allows them to quickly localize several water studies (geology, geophysics, hydrology, hydrogeology, hydrochemistry and reserve calculations) made at regional and local scale in Atacama Salt Flats.

This activity contemplated an extent gathering and analysis of available data both on paper and digital.

The data was organized according to main subjects (geology, geophysics, hydrology, hydrogeology,etc), sub subjects and document nature (reports, laboratory results, conducted tests, laboratory certifications, etc).

When the database was ready, it was uploaded to the digital resource library which started to be actualized bimonthly. It should be remarked that this deposit of information has a search tool that facilitates and speed up information research.
