Office Hunter Real Estate Management asked us to actualize their hydrogeological report elaborated in 2015, incorporating new records given to us by themselves.

The area of interest is composed by several plot lands and they want to manage the wastewaters using water treatment plants with an ecological standard.

Therefore, the goal is to determine any possible relation between wastewaters and groundwater in the process of infiltration, the risk of its incorporation to the aquifer and the chemical changes that that may produce in the groundwater wells among the area, especially those declared as “curative sources”.

We conducted a hydrogeological survey in the saturated and non-saturated zones to get to know the correlation between the different land of the real estate project.

Also, an aquifer characterization was conducted to a better understanding of the aquifer’s geometry and groundwater direction flow.

A hydrogeological conceptual model was created for the wastewater in-flow and several approaches were given to solve the treatment of itself in the project.
