A water well boring company dedicated to potable water production asked us technical advisory to design their wells and to elaborate a final report of the groundwater collection they call Los Lirios Well, along with the characterization of the aquifer’s hydraulic properties.

The project started with the description of the sediment samples coming from the boring process, then the analysis of the information obtained during that boring and finally came the design of the well with the material type recommendation, location of the well, well screen length and slot size, type of gravel pack and grout seal. After that, a pumping test was conducted to determine the well capability.

As an outcome we accomplished a Design and Construction report along with a pumping test report with all the information required for the DGA for the water rights diligence.
